You don’t need to have any previous knowledge or experience with yoga, art or mindfulness to get started. I teach students of any age in a way that is appropriate for their abilities and needs.

How do I sign up?

Create an account and sign up for classes, workshops or memberships. Once you’ve created an account, you can purchase a single class or a class pass and start booking your classes.

What should I wear? What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. For art classes and workshops, wear clothing you don’t mind getting messy in.

For Gentle Yoga: for in-person, bring your mat, two yoga blocks, a bolster and blanket if you are not comfortable using those provided. For online, have a yoga mat, two blocks and a blanket or towel. Household cushions will also work.

What will yoga, art and mindfulness do for me?

Yoga has a whole variety of positive effects like increased flexibility, energy, and balance. Yoga improves our endurance, our lung capacity, our perception, and brings back our naturally healthy posture. It also helps us to release physical and emotional tension and stress. Both mindful meditation and art have been scientifically proven to help a variety or ailments, reduce stress hormones and increase positive brain chemicals, like serotonin and dopamine. Mediation also improves memory and brain function.
