Paint along to a recording of this live event that combines the practices of mindfulness and painting from the comfort of your own home studio. This will be an opportunity for you to be creative and relax from your daily hub bub. Give yourself the gift of creative fun!

Paint worry free in a supportive environment.

Learn to slow down, breathe and and focus on being playful with paint. I’ll teach you methods to help you enjoy the process without worrying about the outcome. No painting experience is necessary. This workshop will walk you through a series of mindful painting exercises meant to inspire rather than intimidate.

This is a welcoming, no-worries environment designed to help you kickstart or deepen your painting practice!

Supplies

I use a variety of materials including: watercolor paper, acrylics, brushes, rollers, paint scrapers, acrylic pens. You are welcome to use whatever materials work for you.

Mindfulness

Are you looking for ways to relax, quiet your mind and inspire creative flow?

I will guide you through a short mindfulness practice before we settle into a fun, creative painting session. We will focus on breathing and present moment awareness to create more ease and calm in the mind and body. No meditation or mindfulness experience is necessary.

These mindfulness practices are simple and accessible for everyone.

This online workshop is suitable for ALL LEVELS – However, please get in touch with me if you have any questions about what to expect.

Supplies

Feel free to sit on in the same chair you will use for the painting portion of the workshop and you are also welcome to sit on a yoga mat, bolster, or meditation cushion if you have one. Comfortable clothing is encouraged.
