How private sessions can help you:
Do you sometimes feel intimidated in a group setting or would you like more personal attention? With private yoga, mindfulness or art classes you learn the basics, feel more comfortable and less self-conscious. I will address your personal needs and specific goals, and you’ll see improvements fast.
We can meet in person in my studio in Southern California or live on Zoom and it can be just you or a small group of friends (contact me for prices).
How it works:
- Email me and we’ll come up with a time that works for you.
- You’ll need to have Zoom downloaded onto a device with a screen, either a computer, phone or tablet.
- Find a comfortable and quiet space in your home before you join the Zoom meeting.
- Make sure you have a stable Internet connection. When you’re using your phone, I recommend wireless headphones for better sound.
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
