Create to Heal
Explore drawing, painting and journaling using a variety of techniques.
Find solace and inspiration in the stories and techniques of artists like Tracey Emin, Käthe Kollwitz, Frida Kahlo and others. Engage in therapeutic drawing exercises designed to help you use art as a response to challenging emotions. Connect with a supportive community of like-minded artists. Using a variety of techniques, we will explore the idea of using line, shape, space and color for emotional expression and healing. We will look at both abstract and representational techniques.
